  1. improve your experience at the Website, including, without limitation, to provide, maintain, and improve the Products and to operate certain features and functionality (for example, by remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it in subsequent visits);
  2. process your inquiries and otherwise deliver customer service, including enabling Company to contact you when needed;
  3. communicate directly with you via newsletters, promotions, and special offers or information about new Products, and to tailor ads based on your interests and browsing history;
  4. get a better general understanding of the type of individuals visiting the Website, including by analyzing trends, monitoring usage and traffic patterns, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole;
  5. control unauthorized use or abuse of the Products or the Website, or detect, investigate, or prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal; and
  6. cooperate with law enforcement or comply with judicial orders or regulatory requirements.

Typically you will provide information on the Website for the purchase of Products or when you submit comments or questions for review by Company.

You can always choose not to provide certain information to Company. If you choose not to provide personal information, you can still use many parts of the Website. However, you will not be able to purchase Products, and you will not be able to take advantage of many of the Website’s features. Collection of Automatic Information

To enable Company to provide content that users need and desire, Company collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies (“Cookie”). A Cookie is simply a small data file that Company places on your computer’s hard drive when you first visit the Website. This file contains a unique number that helps Company identify you when you return to the Website. Cookies are employed by thousands of websites to enhance users’ web-viewing experience. Cookies can neither damage user files nor read information from users’ hard drives. Company combines all usage information provided by such Cookies, and Company does not monitor your use of the Website. Allowing Company to create a Cookie on your hard drive will not give Company or any other site access to the rest of your computer’s hard drive, and only Company will be able to read the Cookie that the Website creates.

Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but, if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block Cookies in the future. The “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will explain how you can prevent your browser from accepting new Cookies, how to set the browser to inform you when you receive a new Cookie, or how to reject Cookies altogether.

Use of Information Gathered Automatically

Company may use automatically gathered information for the same purposes as set forth above under Collection of Voluntary Information.

Disclosures to Third Parties

Company may disclose information to third parties, including selling or disclosing customer lists to commercial or charitable users thereof. Disclosure for such purposes is limited to your name, company, position, address, phone and fax numbers, and website and email addresses. If you do not wish to have such information disclosed, please let Company know by contacting Company at support@rockstub.com. To enable Company to process your request, please include your name and e-mail address. Once properly notified, Company will remove your name from the lists and disclosures as soon as it practicably can in the course of normal business practices.

Release of Information

Company may release any user information to a Third Party to enforce or apply the Terms of Use governing the Products or the Website; to control unauthorized use or abuse of the Products or the Website; to detect, investigate, or prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal; to cooperate with law enforcement or comply with judicial orders or regulatory requirements; or under the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights, properties, or safety of Company or Company’s users. We may also share user information with our business partners or if we become involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets.

Use of SSL

Company protects the security of your personal information. Company takes steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access. Company uses sophisticated security technologies to secure users’ ordering information, user name, and password (including users’ credit card account number) using Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to Company. To support this technology, users must have an SSL-capable browser. SSL is one of the safest encryption technologies available. While Company uses such sophisticated security technology to secure users’ ordering information, user name, and password, Company cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce is totally secure.

When you click on one of these third party links, you are entering another website for which Company has no responsibility. This Policy does not cover the information practices or policies of such third party websites. Company encourages you to read the privacy statements of all such websites since their privacy policies may be materially different from Company’s Policy.
